Experience
The wide range of diverse projects has increased the exposure to a broad range of people and has given FL Group personnel an edge over other resource companies. A wide variety of soft ground treatment and material management with major projects being green field, urban and remote have been started and completed giving the teams a clear knowledge of start up and final completion of projects. As a senior part of project mangement this has given FL Group the opportunity to build project teams and carry them through to consecutive projects as successful professional people in demand by all major civil contractors.
Growing People
Having gained experience as engineers and foremen these professionals now work as construction managers and superintendents for the largest construction companies in Australia and I am proud to have worked and assisted in the forward movement of their careers. The future is training people and growing project teams within companies and attracting professional people to assist when projects dictate. FL Group has complemented major civil contractors in the field and in the office administration when the work load has dictated.
